GOOD NEWS IN THE MAGIC VALLEY

  Welcome to Good News in the Magic Valley!  This service is designed to get the word out about all the good things going on in our area.  These days with the constant barrage of seemingly bad news going on all around us, we think it is high time to fight back with a great big helping of positive news from around the valley!

Frustrated by all the bad news being heard, seen, and read about, Dave Wright of Kimberly Nurseries decided it was high time to get the word out about all the successful companies and organizations that make up the Magic Valley area. Dave asked Janice Degner of Gap-West Broadcasting to help. Together they came up with a simple plan to share all the good things going on around the Magic Valley.

 If your organization or business has something of a positive nature going on, we want to hear about it! 

 To share your Good News with us and the rest of the Magic Valley, simply post your upbeat news on this website.  If your story is deemed appropriate, we will contact you for further information and verification.  Then we will let you know approximately when you can expect to hear your Good News on a rotating schedule on the radio! 

 This service is not intended to take the place of or be used as advertising.  We are looking for things such as a business that is expanding, adding on or creating new jobs, a public service organization that has grown a particular program to serve people, or maybe a public works project that will improve some aspect of our infrastructure or create new jobs, etc.
